Parents! Attached below is information you will need to have access to your students Schoology account. You will be able to see grades, assignments, and other information about class in Schoology.  If you have any questions you can message me on Schoology or just email me using the email icon above.

  • pencils
  • notebook paper
  • And of course, ONLY if you can find any, hand sanitizer and disinfecting wipes are appreciated.

About the Teacher

Hello! My name is Jamie Barnes. I graduated from the University of Mississippi with my bachelor's degree in elementary education.  I was able to receive endorsements in general science k-12 and social studies k-12. This is my second year teaching middle school. Previously I taught 7th and 8th grade science. This year I am teaching 6th grade science and social studies.

I grew up in DeSoto County, so I am super excited to be apart of the DCS team!
