Hello parents and students. Please make sure we are doing our morning stretch routines everyday which includes:
1) 10 jumping jacks
2) 15 sec.of each right/left/center leg standing holding stretch (remember do not bounce just hold)
3) 15 sec. of each right/left/center leg stretch sitting holding stretch (remember do not bounce just hold)
4) 10 sit-ups
5) 10 push-ups (If you can't do a traditional push-up try a modified one)
6) 10 jumping jacks to end the routine
7) Please walk/jog/run for at least 7-10 minutes a day.
