Mark Christ

Student grades will be made up from the following areas:

1. Bell Work: Weekly classwork grade

2. Classwork: 1-3 Assignments from classwork that will be graded based on skill mastery. 

3. Cold-Reads: Cold reads will be provided biweekly. These will mimic end-of-year assessments and provide me with information that I will use to fuel instruction. 

4. Quizzes: These will be quick checks or exit tickets (anywhere from one to five question skill checks) that will monitor skill progression. 

5. Tests: Test grades can come in the form of reading projects. Case testing, informational projects or written essays. Students will have plenty of fore-warning before any of these assessments are collected, reviewed and graded.
